I dont believe there was an cobra model in 87, i think the only cobra model for that generation of mustang came in 1993.

 

lol, ahh....i was sure, 'cause supposedly a friend of mine knows this guy with one, and i was like wtf? i wanna see this!! shes supposed to bring him by on the weekend so i'll take a look at this '87 "cobra" lol

 

I know some mustangs that were shipped to canada back in the 80's, some of those models had cobra labels on them, but they were not true cobras like we know them,thaey just added the cobra label.check this link out it might explain it a little better.maybe that's the car there are talking about.

yeah they had "canadian cobras" in the eighties. When I read the subject line I figured Souron was from Canada.
