Default Horn, Wipers and Power Locks

Hi All:

Ok, first of all I am a girl, but I grew up working in a garage on the weekends so I'm stupid to cars, I am just about to loose my mind though. I was hoping that someone can help me. I just purchased a 2001 convertible V6. The vehicle was at one time in water(fresh) but only up to the bottom of the seats. When I purchased it the ECM was not connected and when I got home we plugged it in and everything works except the horn, wipers and power locks. We have changed all fuses and relays and still cannot get these things to work. We have cleaned all connections. I even bought a wiper motor and plugged it in but that didn't work. We did verify that there is power running to the connection. Can someone help me please, I am at my wits end. I really wanna drive it, but in Ohio we have been getting alot of rain. I really don't care about the horn right now. This did come with a vehicle security system but we removed it and reconnected all of the wires. Do I have to have this for these to work?

I hate electrical and don't know a lot about it but here's my advice: Check all the wires and grounds under the hood and make sure they're fine.

Thanks, will do that. Now I have another issue. My check engine light is on but the OBDII says "NO Codes". How do I get it off since it won't let me erase?
