I have used starter fluid to remove oil from my driveway and garage floor.

 

kitty litter=easy and cheap

 

muratic acid FTW soak for 10-20 min and rinse with hose (do not get it on your clothes)

Oven Cleaner works great. But you may have to get the rest of the driveway pressure washed to match how clean it will look. I used speedy dry (kitty litter) and ground it in with my foot first.Spray it on, let it bake in the sun for a while and rinse it off.

 

Lacquer Thinner is the only way to go!

 

sunlight dishwasher soap (the powder in the box type)wet the concret and put it on so it's just damp stand on it and twist your foot so it's ground into the cement leave it. it will bleach the cement white.

 

Hope your land lord doesnt see it and do the rain dance while throwing kitty litter on it when its wet tho. if its not the green dish washing stuff that starts with a " P gets oil off me and my clothing when i work on my 3 wheeler plus broom and powerwasher

Go to your local trans shop,mine hasa powdered cleaner thatthey used to clean the concretefloors, works like magic, got a small coffee can full for a 6 pack LOL
