Torque Arm vs. Aftermarker Upper control arms?

Is a MM torque arm much better than a good set of upper control arms?

Yes it is far superoir to replacing the upper control arms. The torque arm elimanates the need for upper arms. Making the rear suspension
a true 3-link rather than 4. Much better for handling.
