which ECU is this?

EEC-IV-SFI-SDI, then E6SF-12A650-M1B, in the right hand corner there is a symbol that reads: VM1

from the LITTLE info i gathered it seems to bea 5.0L, MAF, auto ECU

Call your local ford Dealer, and he could tell you what it came out of...
