charging problems
Ihave a eletcric fan holley fuel pump and eletric water pump , My battery is a optima red top and my alt also tested good awell ( took battery and alt to advance to get them tested .. When i go to start my car my volt meter got from 12v down to 9v but then fires and wont go past 12v at idel or when a raise the rpm's to 2500 rpm's . I charge my battery up and let it sit then go back and check it with a multi meter and I can actualy watch it drop voltage as it sits un hooked in the car . so I figure my battery is bad all new cable and everything my alt is a gm 1 wire on 65- 70 amp , I gona up grade it to a 95 amp becuase of all the draw my fan , water pump , & fuel pum draw, Is it possible my battery is shot even though they test it and it comes back ok ????
I alos have under drives pulley on the crank and stock pulley on my alt I was gona try to get a sock pulley for the crank since I got the car with the underdrive pulley and I dont belive the help a hole lot

I hope someone can help me and thanks in advance
