Default Car Stalls!

Hello everyone! I have an 04 GT automatic. It's completely stock except for a BBK CAI. It has 53,000 miles and is only driven once or twice a week because I have a company car. The problem is that if I don't let the car run for a couple of minutes when starting up, the car tries to stall when I back out of the garage. It's like it's choking for air. The car is always kept in a nicw warm garage. If I let the car run for few minutes before going into reverse, everything is ok. Does anyone know what could make my car "choke" like this when putting it into gear?

sounds like it may be your EGR valve or PCV valve or possibly you have an intake leak check for vacum leaks, unpluged vacum lines etc keep us updated
