Default Air Bypass
I don't know a whole lot about cars and am looking to purchase one currently. A mustang I was looking at says it needs a new Air Bypass. What is this and how costly would the repair be?

Oh sorry. It is a All i know is that it is a 99. He hasn't responded yet when i asked if it is standard/auto. transmission. And it is a v6 engine I'm pretty sure.
