turbonator? what?
Hi, this is my first post here at the forum, and i figure I'd start off by asking if anyone had heard of this thing called the turbonator. www.turbonator.com
"The Turbonator is much less expensive and more efficient than any turbocharger, supercharger, blower, or intercooler. Its superior design increases horsepower while lowering fuel costs."
It continues to say that studies have shown a 20-35 hp gain and a 24-31% better gas mileage. To me, it sounds too good to be true. Its listed as 70.00 and has a 30 day money-back guarantee with a lifetime warranty. It looks like one of those phony infomercials to me for some reason. I figure, if this thing is so great, then why havent I heard about it before.
If anyone has any comments about this turbonator, please let me know.
thanks a lot

This thing has arroused my curiosity, I have seen it in alot of magazines. I guess you could buy it & test it since there is a money back guarentee, make sure to read the fine print though.

RE: turbonator? what?
U know, after reading this, i went out and ordered one as a joke.... Results are in: When i had it in, it felt like there was a tiny bit more torque and responsivness, but that could all be a wishful illusion. But when i took it out, my wheels had a better spin to em. Which that the angled fins that the turbonator comes with adds a tiny amount of torque to the flywheel..not RWHP. Not a good buy. But, if ur supercharged this little thing might help. The added pressure from the condensed air could actually work with the fins on it to add power and psi...hmm.... All in all, dont waste ur time!. Damn "Obsurd-o-nator." [:'(]
