Exactly, their "genius" idea was to take the impeller from a supercharger and use it on a regular intake tube and that is supposed to give " tremendous HP!". That's the stupidest theory i ever heard..F*CK!. But i figure ill keep it in my glove box so when i beat these guys in a street race and they ask me " what cha runnin?", i'll just throw em the "TURBONATOR"...hahaha.[8D]

I think what they were aiming for was to make the air swirl as it comes in, neither turbocharger, nor supercharger swirl the incoming air.

 

I know. It just seems that the inventors took the impeller idea too far....

 

well I couldn't sleep last night so I watched 3 hours of the infomercial on this lil POS. The idea was if the air is swirling it'll flow better, then they said since the air is spinning it will make a better A/F mix in the cylinder. Now in theory that sounds great but with all the turns and obstructions in the engine it would def. lose it's "spin" before it reached the cylinder.


My vote great theory, just can't pull if off yet
