whats up guys i am new to this forum but i hear you guys are the best. my question is i just bought a 1989 gt 5.0 ho and it is really jerky when it is cold and when it warms up when you floor it, it bogs out but if you accelerate with 3/4 throttle it pulls hard. i have cleaned my, maf, iac, and egr and tb and it still does it. i adjusted the timing and it still does it. my question is what is the sensor on top of the coolant overflow jug? mine has no wires going to it. also i am missing a header bolt but i can not hear or smell any exhaust leaking from it. please help it you can thank you brian.
If the ignition is is in good shape, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, etc. Then it could be fuel related. Check the fuel filter and pump, check for good pressure. Have you checked TPS voltage?
