On mine (an '02) on the inside of the door near the hinges, there are I think 2 of those push in screw things and I think a couple along the bottom.

And you have to take the door bezel thing out first (where the door lock and window switches are)

take off the bezel and unscrew the window switches. there will be two screws above the handle/cup thing where u took the bezel off.. take those out. dont forget to remove the bezel around thedoor handle. there will then be a plastic rivet in the front door jam on the side of the speaker. pull that out and i believe that u will be good to go.

yeah i got it. it took me an hour and a half to change my speakers. i think thats the most its ever taken me to do so. tell me how i managed to get some 6 1/2 pioneers in where the 5x7's should be? its ghetto but it sounds a heck of a lot better.
