97 big block

What am i missing here. I have everything wired up but it still wont crank. Am i missing a signal wire or something relative

How much do you know about installing engines? I suggest reading up on manuals and taking the car to a mechanic that you know and trust.

Can you turn it over with a socket? Dead battery or starter? Neutral safety switch? Need a few more details.
