Default making 97 4.6 a 5.0

what all would you have 2 do to the engine to make it a 5.0 isnt it just the heads and split intake ports and umm and the intake manifold with dual intake runners

you got the whole thing all wrong, the 5.0 is a pushrod engine your 4.6 is a DOHC. The only way your going to make your engine a 5.0 is to pull it and drop in a real 5.0 or to stroke it to 5 liters

and my tranny pops out of reverse what could be the problem and how much u think it cost 2 fix it and what kind of tranny i got like a t5 or something

Forget the 5.0 Cammer. You want the old dual carb 427 Cammer. That thing is a monster.

BTW, that 5.0 Cammer can be yours for over $15 grand, computer and harnesses not included.

427 Cammer is even more than 15 grand....ur tranny is a t45 btw.
