my car randomly died

my car randomly died
i was racing a camaro, finished, right as i was gonna turn around, my car died, i stopped put it in park and it started right up, i have cold air, headers, and a msd ignition, i drive a 91 5.0 lx if you have any idea why it died or questions, let me know
