94 con. driveshaft hits e-brake bracket

94 con. driveshaft hits e-brake bracket

shocks do not bounce but may be shot, would lowering car cause this. looks stock to me. 2 people and full tank is bad.

changed shocks still had problem dropped drive shaft, took big cresent and bent bracket back flush to floor no more rubbing, past owner pulling brake too hard caused bracket to bend.
