Default Ebrake

I have a 1987 ford mustang no ebrake but i have the cable for It but no sevice manual I was wondering If somebody can help me out here with the specs because I come from a chevy family and all we own is1chevy standerd 1979 el camino and a 1986 auto el camino and olds mobile wagons... So we arent so sure about fords 1st time owning one in the family and me and my dad want to put the ebrake in on sunday but we need need specs on how the mustang ebrake actully hooks up if any one could help me out here that would be great thanks.

I'm guessing you haven't taken anything apart? If so, we need pics.

I'm pretty sure you can juse take the cover off of it and it should be pretty simple.
