RE: Switch in center console
yeah it is prob foglights if you have a gt. if you have a v6 w/o foglights it would be a coin slot. i have a fog light switch, and a vert top switch where the other coin holder would be.

RE: Switch in center console
According to the Mustang manual for my 95 GT, it is fog lamps. Next to it is a coin slot. Those are both just to the left of the e-brake.
If you have a convertible, or removable hard top, it's a latch release to open the top up.

I've just recently purchased new fog lamps for both sides, and new bulbs.
Oh, and in case you're not aware. The fog lamps only operate when the car's main headlights are turned on.
It seems somehow their wired together.
