Default EMISSIONS

can any one give me a fix for high HC and CO emissions on my 1991 2.3l I just changed the ingnition module, plugs and wires, both coils, changed the oil, and installed a new O2 sensor, and replaced the air and fuel filters. can anyone help with this delima?

Loosen up the exhaust so that it will suk in a little air also.

True!! I failed an emissions test before for too little emissions. If you do try this you only want a very little clean air coming in.

Another method of doing the same thing that I've heard of but never tried, is to drill a small hole in the top of the exhaust pipes at their highest point where the go over the driveshaft.

you didn't change the convertor which is bad.....the above things will help and are alot cheaper
