Default V6 Engine swap~

I have a question for those out there with some knowledge. I recently purchased a 4.6 engine out of a 01 stage one roush mustang because of the great deal i got on it. I would like to use this engine in my car if possible. I have been working on my 99 V6 mustang for a while and i’m reddy to get some more power. I’m looking to swap these two engines. I already got the Ecu computer with the engine and wireing from it. I also got my hands on a 8 inch rear end for it. I know i should switch the trans, but money is tight and i’m not planning on driving it alot till it’s complete and by that time i'll proly switch it. From what I know i need a bellhousing and mabey a few other odds and ends. I know there will be some other trouble that i’ll have to deal with but i’m willing to work through it. If anyone out there knows anything or can help me in anyway it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

you might need the v8 k member and mounts too, fuel pump/fuel sys might be different, tach might not be accurate after the swap
