please help

Default please help

i just bought a 99 v6 mustang and the previous owner put 99 cobra wheels on it and the front tires are rubbing on the inside when the wheels turn. its made a wear spot where you can see the nylon cap. what should i do to fix the problem?

I would recommend down sizing your wheel size. If they are currently any bigger then 18 inches, its really uneccesary weight, and your killing your torque. Also 17x8" wheels shouldnt rub at all, and you'll get more life out of your tread. As far as the worn spot goes, I only know to replace parts that are broken/worn.

its rubbing on a part of the suspension. and i just looked today and its only on the left side. they wheels are 17"
