Starter bolts straight onto your transmission. You should be able to trace a big wire down there coming straight off of your battery / power distribution center. It's not that hard to remove and install, just jack your car up and put it on high blocks (i'm talking high enough to be able to sit cross legged underneath it if you can). It's not that hard, but the thing is strangely heavy, and it gets difficult to hold it in one position awkwardly while trying to start the bolts with your other hand. Good luck!
