I was thinking of putting some decals on, below the doors and some larger one from the front bumper over the hood , roof to the rear bumper. My question is to the people who may already have done something like this are you happy with the results and were they difficult to apply, where is a good place to get some....

 

Are you talking about a stripe kit? What kind of decals?

 

i have the boss striping on my car (black with grey strips) and i like the look alot. i personally didnt put them on but when i bought the mustang the strips were the part that really caught my eye since i havent seen any fox around like it.

Stickers are for little kids to play with!!!
They are cheap and look cheap.If you want to put stripes on your car,go ahead I like that look myself,but get them painted on.

 

Each sticker adds +20rwhp

j/k. It kinda depends on what the stickers are.. to know if it's gonna look good. And remember, it's mega RICE to put stickers on for parts you don't have [&:]

 

I have seen some stripe decals that look pretty good. You get what you pay for with that stuff. If you can spend the cash, painted on would look better though. If you rip or damage a decal, you will have to replace both of them to color match, and then what are you going to do to the paint under the decal?

 

Thats what my dad got me when i got my mustang. I got two black stripes starting from the bottom front bumper to the lower back bumper. I have had the car since dec now and so far no problems with it, and it looks great. Also the lady that I did it from said that if i ever have any problems with any of the stripes that she will replace it free of charge.
