Hello, I have a 97 Mustang Coupe, 3.8 Auto, Loaded...it appears the knock is at the top end where the fuel injector is, any ideas of what it may be?

When you start to accelerate..it really sounds like it's coming from the drivers side and on top.

Could this be the CAM making this knocking?
