New to Mustang Forum..Lot's of GREAT information..
The question I have is I just did Head gaskets on my 1994 mustang 3.8 and used all the info from the forum,,,99+ headgaskets, new headbolts and so on.. The problem I am having now is that when I turn the ign switch to the on position # 6 injector has a steady stream, the other injectors are closed,, I was wondering if this was common problem on the 1994 because the previous owner replace the pcm 20000 miles ago for that same reason. I disconnected thewireconnectorto that injector and it shut off,, reconnectedand fuel came out.I checked for power and ground at the #6 injector teminal and there is both. So I figured since it receives the signal from the pcm. it must be broke..I did a ohms reading on the teminal from the injector to the pcm to see if it was grounded but it was good.. any other thoughts other than a new pcm...Thanks

It could be that your injector is not fully closing. Possibly a small piece of debris got could under the pintle seat preventing it from closing in the off position. There are a few websites that offer fuel injector cleaning services.Try doing a search and give them a call to see what the price is as opposed to new replacement.

when I disconnect the injector wire connector the injector spray stops and when I reconnect it has a steady spray. Thanks

Does only that one injector leak? Sounds like the wire going to the ecm is shorted somewhere.Try probingboth terminals with at the injector connector, one should be hot with the key on and the other is the one that the ecm grounds to activate the injector, If thatwire is shorted somewherethen your injector will stay open and spray fuel all the time. Be careful not to run the injector like this as it will burn the injectorcoil out.Check for bare wires.
