progressive or specific springs
Dont quote me on this but I think that, The Progressive rate allow the body to travel while the progressive are basically real stiff and you have no travel causing a real stuiff ride.

do you mean the specific rates are the stiff ones?
because thats what i was kind of thinking it meant.

specific rate springs are for racing and are real stiff. progressive rate spring gets progressivly stiffer the more the suspension compresses. get progressive rate springs for a street car.

I got BBK specific springs on my 88 GT. They're pretty damn stiff. I wish I would of went with the progressive ones instead.
