Default Making Stash Spot/Extra Space

I'm not saying it was a good movie but everyone has seen The Fast and the Furious. In the first race when Vin Diesel lifts up his passenger seat cushion and has the bottles of nitrous there... How would someone go about doing that to their own car? I mean make the cushion come off while it looks like it doesn't come off.

Build a new seat brack with hinges on the cushion. Shouldn't be too difficult, if you have fabrication skills anyway.

In my opinion, I don't think I would want a bottle that close to me when I'm driving. Just for the, JUST IN CASE, factor.
