Default Shift Quadrent Help!!

How do I get the shift quadrent off? I found it and everything but I cant figure out how to get it off. Can anyone tell me how to do it or know a site that shows you? Please help. Thank you.

theres either one or two cotter pins that you have to pull out. good luck with the pawl. i had to rip it out because it wouldnt come out any other way.

Yeah I found that out... this dude came over and pulled it out in like two minutes. I was like damn.. Haha. But it makes a B I G difference. Now I can power shift and what not and I skirt in 2 and 3 gear when shifting. I missed it!
