Default 5.0L flywheel and starter issues.

i need to find a smaller starter to fit with my block-hugger headers in my Jeep. i'm running a 5.0L, F-150 bellhousing, 164-tooth flywheel, and T-176 4 spd. as i'm looking into aftermarket "high torque" mini starters i'm seeing restrictions like "not for 164-tooth flywheel" .. is that the truck flywheel to match bellhousing? is there a smaller factory starter for my flywheel or is the 157-tooth the common performance part?? i'm a total noob with blue oval tech so bear with me... long term the 5.0L will get a maxxed-out bore and stroke and some exotic multi-carb deal but for now i just want to drive the thing for the rest of the summer. any help on this starter issue will be greatly appreciated.
