Default New used car have some issues

Ok i just bought a 94 v6 5 peed car with 148k miles 2 problems so far.

1) driveshaft rubs parking brake bracket when hitting a bump.
I searched and seen several others having the same problem but no def answers given.
car has stock suspension with new shocks all 4 corners.
springs dont apear to be cut or lowered.
controll arm bushings apear ok from the outside for a car with 148k miles.
might be sagging springs I dunno what is stock ride height to the fender arches?

2) read owners manuel said to pull up on clutch pedal. I did, it pulled up some, pedal feels better, but now I get a squeak from trans that wasent there before i pulled up on pedal.????

btw I changed trans fluid with new atf didnt help anything.

thanks for any help

1. cant help you there i had a lowered96 V6 and never had that problem
2. lifting up on the clutch pedal just resets the teeth on the adjuster to take the slack out of the pedal. Are you hearing the noise as you push the pedal in or while its pushed in?

thats the throwout bearing. the slack in the pedal before kept it from whining. but now that you have the tighter setting its making noise. that was happening to me until i bought a new clutch linkage. now i have it adjusted so there is little slack plus no noise.
