hey just wondering if its possible to swap the dash out of a '90 stang into an 85?

 

you will need new/custom dash mounts you can make with backstraps and balsa for proper fit.. new wire and electrical connections too

 

ok i'll have to look into that. would it be easier to swap a dash from an 87-89 insted?

 

correct me if i am wrong, but the 85 dash has a diff. form than the 88 and up dashes... its close.. we did a swap out in a 83 fox body.. changed everything to make look like a 93.. getting the dash in place is easy but the screw pattern will need altered.. if you already have the new dash go for it..
