Ok, i have a 94 mustang gt with a 5.0 5 speed, It has some problems with the body and front suspension. My friend at work has a pretty nice 94 v6 he wants a 1000 bucks for. I have been wandering what all i would have to do to get my v8 in it without having to spend alot of cash.

Just swap the parts you need out of yours into the V6. That's the best way since you have all the parts you need right there. Just replace the suspension pieces that are crap.

I was wandering if the engine would bolt down, and whether or not i had to change the k member

im not sure if you will need it for that year but you might want to look at putting in the rear axle from your 5.0 and the brakes and trans. and put some new suspension in it i know when my friend and i put a 4.6 into his 99 v6 it needed all that just cause the original parts arent meant to handle the power
