Default installation?

ok... i am ready to install my springs/CC plates any day now... i checked with pep boys and they want 350 bucks including a alighnment to do my suspension.. the cost is 58 bucks for the rear springs, 160 bucks for the front springs, and then 44 bucks per CC plate...... what should i do? how hard is it to do a suspension myself? never done suspension work with coil springs before.... only done leaf springs and torsion bars...?

I haven't done it myself, but from what I have read, its pretty easy.
Heres a link to the instructions, just make sure you have a friend to help you.

Sounds a little expensive though. I had my springs installed front and rear for $175 plus alignment which is about an addtional $70.
But I had a lot of suspension done to my car.
