VIBRATION IN ALL GEARS 3500- 4000. SHIFTER SHAKING, AND D.SHAFT CAN ALSO BE SEEN SHAKING. PUSH DOWN CLUTCH PEDAL AND IT GETS WORSE. NEW HARMONIC BAL, TRANS/ENGINE MOUNTS, CHECKED PINION ANGLES,NEW U.JOINTS,BALANCED D.SHAFT AND SWITCHED WITH A FRIEND. VIB IS STILL THERE. WHAT NEXT?

 

Just a shot in the dark here, but maybe something in the clutch?? friction disc out of balance, flywheel, pressure plate?

 

your flywheel may need turning, sounds like its warped or bad[:'(]

 

ok, i'll replace clutch, pressure plate,fly wheel. but, with these parts being bad , would it transmitt the vib down shaft? so bad that i can see the d.shaft shake like crazy at the output shaft?
