Today i was driving and i went to make a left turn, and my car wouldnt turn, it almost felt like my power steering went out, as i fought to turn the wheel it finally broke loose and made kinda a pop noise and turned. After that my alignment was extremly off and the front passenger wheel began to wobble and it got worse as i drove it. I just want to get some ideas of what it could possible be. I have a 94 4x4 turbo diesel. any help is appreciated. I know its not a mustang but i dont ever post anywhere else.

 

Sounds like a busted tie rod... Take a peek under the front of the truck & you might even see the broken piece
