How do you replace it and what tools are needed ? For a 1993 5.0

 

ford tec here , are you talking about the pickup in the dist.? just remove the role pin from bottom of dist. and pull gear off, and slide shaft out from top, no spe. tools needed or you could buy a reman dis. they run about $80 bucks
