i have a 88 mustang lx i pulled the 2.3 out of it and put a 5.0 out of a 84-85 thunderbird ive got everything in and bolted up and drives but when i put it in drive it stays in 2nd i can manually **** down to 1st but it wont go into drive now ive yanked the computer out allready didnt think about the trans needing it to shift im lost got everthing done but get out of 2nd
