What's a 05 GT set to top end at. I have only gone up to 100mph, with less than 1K miles on her, I didn't want to push it that hard yet. Must be limited too??

 

i was told they are limited at like 138 or 148 mph. cant remember? i saw it in a magazine.

 

but i thought that when you were blowing the welds on your intake your floor pan fell out? so you mean by me adding all those extra bolts to my floor pan its not going to make my car faster anyways? damn, that makes me mad. i added weight to my car with those screws and now i learn they dont do anything. Going downhill I got my stang past the limiter but normal driving my speed only goes to 120 and my limiter kicks in then. I got beat by my friends 95 nissan maxima because of this. Its disappointing but what can I do.

Stupid is the word for this. You don't need to raise your limiter. The only place my car goes over 100 MPH is the track or very deserted backroads.

 

I guess your not 18 like us v6 owners. Stupid is always on in our head, we won't understand why the cop pulls us over either.

 

Yeah....that's what I'm wondering.[&:] I think some came with the limiter and some did not.....I live in Cali so maybe it's an emissions type thing. I don't know....it blows ***** though[:@]
