Default Shaking at 70mph

So ever since I got my 17x9" rims and 245 Nitto tires, my car has had a shaking issue at 70+mph.

I thought it was a balancing issue, so i got my tires rebalanced, but it didn't fix anything. It isn't a HUGE wobbling, just a vibration thats enough to make my side mirrors look a little fuzzy. The steering wheel experiences no shake, it's just the ride.

I've heard that upsizing wheels can lead to a barely noticeable decrease in comfort, but is this normal?

im pretty sure the comfort they are talking about is going over speedbumps and dips in the road, as theres not as much rubber to absorb the impact.

no its not normal somethings wrong. not to bring back painful memories but was this going on before or after your mom clipped the curb (or whatever she did to your rims)?
