Hello,

I have a clutch problem I think. However i'm really unsure as this is my first Manual car, so bare with me here.

I have a2000 V6 'Vert 5spd with CAI, Throttle Body, MAF, pullies, GT takeoff "true duals", Baer Brakes drilled/slotted, Chrome Bullitts, and analuminum driveshaft.

Today I was just playing around, and I was in 1st gear, and I revved it out to about 6,000 RPM, and then I shifted really quickly into 2nd. Or so I thought, I pulled the shifter back into second but when i released the clutch and started to accelerate again, nothing happened! So i took it back into neutral and then tried to shift into second again, and it worked fine. It continued to work normally the rest of the day, and I didn't smell the clutch or anything.

Can someone please clue me in here?

most likelydriver error, you probably just didn't get it shifted all the way into 2nd the first time

yep you just missed second you have nothing to worry about
