4.6 GT swap

4.6 GT swap
Hello I was thinking of getting a 01 GT. And was wondering, how hard would it be and what would the job entail, in swapping the 4.6 out for say a 331 Dart block? I would like for it to be carbed, For more of an all track application.... Have any of you heard of some guys doing this? What was there feedback on it. Job Difficulty and such.
