Default Dim Headlights

Has anyone noticed that when you use your flash to pass how bright your lights are, the dim and brights are both on. On a 2004 Mustang that is the way they are anyway. But when you put them on bright they are on bright only no dim, is there is way to rewire these lights so on bright they are the same as flash to pass, anyone?

what are u talking about? are u talking about the turn signal bulb? sure i guess theres a way...but then you would have no turn signal in the front...hence illegal. or i guess you could rewire it to be brighter while running, then dim out when you use your turn signal rather than be dim and flash brighter.

try it...pull out your headlight and start rearranging the wires for the running light (the turn signal bulb)

No I am talking about the headlights theirselves, when you go to bright you get the far away light but you lose the closeup up light you had, try it at night, try your dim, then your bright and then just hold the flash to pass and you will see what I mean, on some cars it does not change like in my 07 Freestyle, flkash to pass and bright are the same lighting, but on the 04 Mustang there is a definite difference.
