My battery light has been poppin on and off every now and then, sometimes it stays on for a bit... I replaced my battery yesterday, because the car wouldnt start anymore, it was the original battery ( 7 years old ) . So i a new one in, and the car starts up and everything fine now.. but the battery light stilll is popping on.. I can disconnect the battery with the car running and the car still runs fine, so i no its not the alternator. Any ideas?

 

yep. mine did the same thing. it was the voltage regulator. if i were your i'd upgrade to a 3g alternator. the regulator is in the alternator...
