He will hurt your feelings, and I'm not trying to be a ***** either. If stock vs. stock it will be about a second differents in time. LS1tech.com is the best site to find any info. Also what are yours and his mods?

stock vs. stock the ls1 will take you. they are really putting down 350hp they are just said to be 305 or 315 whatever it is to keep the vette owners happy (they were mad that a 28k$ z28 had the same power as their 40k$ corvette)

Just from personal experience, I know off hand the Z28 will take you. I owned a 98 Z28 a few years ago. I believe in what MU71 was saying. That car stock would get up and go. I had a baby on the way and had to sell it. I sure did miss that car. But I'm more than pleased with what I'm driving now. But the LS1 engine was a nice one. Wonder what they're putting in the new Z28?

Take care,
Will
