Go to the home depot and pick up a length of clear washer hose that has the netting in it.

I personally would do it thought, kinda ghetto ...[sm=bling.gif]

It might say on the hose what temp it can handle up to.. That would look sick if you ask me.. I would do it.

lol yea i know. i just want to see how it is flowing. i think i found a set for lower and upper hose for like 80$... not tryin to pay that much. i also want to install a radiator tube filter on there too. my cooling system is acting funny so i wanna see how it is flowing and see wat kind of things the filter catches.

hmmm...what are these? filter for the radiator huh? BRILLIANT> why dont these things come standard on like high end cars. sounds like a ridiculously good idea to me. you know how many friggin coolant problems could be solved if the rust and flakes werent in the system over time??? alot

Think about it.
You change your Coolant once a year tops.
And I have never seen anything in my coolant system that would warrant a filter.
And what about when the system gets clogged.
Water is more important than oil.
Starve an engine for oil, you get some ticking, add oil you normally save the engine.
Over heat one with no coolant......by-bye heads.
bye-byeblock, warpong crank wow total devastation.
I had a 69 SS Camaro, flushed the system and all was well......no need for filter.
Just a thought
But the clear hoses......SICK.
I would buy them if they were reasonable, but only tottally clear.
Silicone maybe.....silicone oven mits stand up to 450degrees.
A thought.
