Cobra R Manifold?

Cobra R Manifold?

Could someone please tell me if this is a 2000 Cobra R manifold or what it actually is? I think the part number is: XR3E-95445-CA, but the first 5 kinda looked like a 8 or an S! Thanks, Jim
