Default Eibach springs NOISY

I have a 98 cobra with eibach lowering springs. They squeak, or at least I think they do. Something squeaks over bumps. So annoying, and i bought the car with them so i have no idea if the stock springs were squeaking. Does anyone else have eibach lowering springs that squeak? Thanks

maybe the previous owner didn't install the spring isolators

also how are your shocks? my shocks used to squeak going over bumps. i replaced them and the squeak went away

springs dont squeak. Period. It is a piece of coiled metal. They have a rubber isolator between them and the strut or them and the shock tower. Old rubber shifts and squeaks, and new rubber incorrectly installed squeaks. New rubber with silicone spray will stop the noise. Eibachs on my MX6 are one of the best mods I ever did, along with the Tokico struts.

I have Eibachs on my MX6 with Tokico Illumina struts. Those are 5-way adjustable which for me is overkill. I have only adjusted them twice in about 4 years. I dont even know if Tokicos are a brand that goes on Mustangs. My Mustang has KYBs on it and they do fine, but I dont carve up the landscape with it too much.
