do you need to unzip the glass window before droping the top.........im unsure if that is what the zipper is for its glass not plastic.........thanks

 

Zipper? What year of Stang are you talking about?

On my '02 GT I don't need to remove the (glass) rear window, and I don't think ANY year of Stang you have to do that.. Just drop the top & have fun [8D]

 

1990..........there is a zipper on the top portion of the glass was unsure if it needed to be unzipped ...........and drop the glass before putting the top down

 

Your safe, you can drop it down, zipper is used on older models for removel/ installation..
