i would like to put new gears in my car i want somthing that will help my top end but i want the fast accel i have a 98 3.8 auto what would you guys get

410's or 373's if your really concerned about loosing top end speed. 355's would be a waste of money

4.10's in auto's all the way.

you may never see the top speed so who cares

A V-8 would help with the fast acceleration, haha jk

I have 373s and have yet to experince them in my 5.0 t5 car but the gf has 355s in her auto fox and they are lame i would go 410 in an auto car

they dont even make 3.55s for the 7.5 rear found in v6s

4.10s, your top speed is still going to be limited by aerodynamics and power to around 130ish

you also need an LSD, a FFRP tlok will be fine if you dont beat on it much or plan on doing anything more then bolt ons, otherwise you will need a detroit true trac as the 7.5 tloks are junk

auto+v6=4.10's. if you get anything less i promise you will regret it

Hi everyone. I have an 06 GT auto. What rear end gears do I have?? I looked in the specs of the owners manual and on the factory sticker and couldn't find it. Thanks.

what do you mean beat on it
