when i turn my heat or my air on in my car no matter what vent i have it set to (floor, vent, mix) it only comes out on the windshield. how do i fix this? its a 95

You've probably got a split/broken vacuum line to the controller somewhere, or the controller is bad. Listen behind the dash for a hissing sound.
Or the mode door could be jammed/stuck/broken.
